Quotations are only valid in writing and during the period that they state. If unstated, the absolute maximum period is 2 days. Orders may be received in writing, via the internet, e-mail, telephone or fax but are only binding when accepted by Interpet Products (trading as Stainlesssteelcages.com) in a written Order Confirmation. Please check the Order Confirmation carefully and notify Interpet Products (trading as Stainlesssteelcages.com) of any mistake in writing immediately or the details stated in the Order Confirmation will be deemed to be correct and will apply to this Agreement. Interpet Products (trading as Stainlesssteelcages.com) reserves the right to change / amend Products (incl. 3rd Party Products, if any) at any time but Interpet Products (trading as Stainlesssteelcages.com) guarantees you at least equivalent functionality and performance.

All major Credit Cards / Debit Cards are accepted. Delivery will only be effected to the address registered to the relevant payment cards. In no circumstances will delivery be made to an address other than the address registered to the subject payment card.

Products and delivery prices, tax, shipment, insurance (if applicable) are as indicated within the Order Confirmation. Changes to exchange rates, duties, insurance, freight and purchase costs (incl. for components and Services) may cause Interpet Products (trading as Stainlesssteelcages.com) to adjust prices accordingly. Payment must be made to Interpet Products (trading as Stainlesssteelcages.com) prior to shipment. Payment timing is of the essence. Interpet Products (trading as Stainlesssteelcages.com) may suspend deliveries or Service until full payment has been made. If payment is late, and you purchase as a company, the maximum statutory interest rate will apply on the late amount and if you purchase as a Consumer, interest will be at 2% above the Finance House Base Rate on the late amount. The costs of recovery shall be payable by you.

The delivery period in the Order Confirmation is only approximate. However, Interpet Products (trading as Stainlesssteelcages.com) will endeavour to deliver your products within the minimum time possible. Delivery is subject to supply by unrelated third parties and Interpet Products (trading as Stainlesssteelcages.com) will not be liable for any delays in delivery subject to lateness. The place of delivery is stated within the Order Confirmation. Title to Product/s will pass upon full payment and until then you must insure and store our goods separately and you may not modify, pledge or sell them. We insist that the original boxes are stored in a safe location and not outside as we are unable to accept any returns once packaging is damaged, Interpet Products (trading as Stainlesssteelcages.com) may enter the storage premises to repossess the goods should you sell them before title passes, you will become Interpet Products (trading as Stainlesssteelcages.com)'s agent and the proceeds of that sale shall be held on our behalf, separately from your general funds (if applicable). Interpet Products (trading as Stainlesssteelcages.com) may instigate proceedings against you for the full sum outstanding plus delivery charges before title passes. If you refuse delivery without Interpet Products (trading as Stainlesssteelcages.com)'s agreement, you must pay Interpet Products (trading as Stainlesssteelcages.com)'s expenses or losses resulting from that refusal, including storage costs, until you accept delivery. Risk of the loss of the goods passes to you on delivery.

When you receive the subject Product/s you must inspect / it them for any defects or non-conformity within 24hours. After this period, you will have accepted the Product/s in its/their entirety without fault. Unless otherwise stated, Interpet Products (trading as Stainlesssteelcages.com) guarantees to you that Interpet Products (trading as Stainlesssteelcages.com) Products will be free from defects for a maximum period of 3 months from the delivery date. Should the Product be defective within this period, Interpet Products (trading as Stainlesssteelcages.com) will repair or replace the Product within a reasonable time. All reasonable care and endeavour shall be used to resolve problems within a realistic time in the circumstances. Interpet Products (trading as Stainlesssteelcages.com) may repair using components, which are new or equivalent to new in accordance with industry standards and practice. Interpet Products (trading as Stainlesssteelcages.com) may revise its limited warranties from time to time but any such change will not affect products ordered by you prior to the date of such change.

Interpet Products (trading as Stainlesssteelcages.com) does not and will not under any circumstances entertain a warranty claim for: damage caused by incorrect usage, installation, abuse, modifications or repair by any unauthorised 3rd party or yourself; damage caused by any party (except Interpet Products (trading as Stainlesssteelcages.com)) or other external force;

All / any additional non Confederate Limited Stainless Steel Cages. branded parts / accessories affixed / added in any manner are strictly excluded from any warranty claim you may have.

Affixing / attaching non Interpet Products (trading as Stainlesssteelcages.com) Stainless Steel Cages branded products will immediately void any warranty claim you may have and all items will then deemed to be sold to you and purchased by you on a sold as received basis. Any and all warranty claims will be rejected. Please note, Stainless Steel Cages branded Toys only are suitable for Stainless Steel Cages branded Parrot Cages.

Services will be provided by Interpet Products (trading as Stainlesssteelcages.com) or its authorised agents. Response times are estimates and may vary according to the remoteness or accessibility of Product location. Service may be provided via telephone or internet where appropriate. You must allow Interpet Products (trading as Stainlesssteelcages.com) to examine Stainless Steel Cages Product at your or Interpet Products (trading as Stainlesssteelcages.com)'s premises (at our choosing).

Interpet Products (trading as Stainlesssteelcages.com) owns any replaced Products or Parts resulting from repair and will charge the Customer if these are not returned upon request. It is a strict condition that all damaged parts are returned to Interpet Products (trading as Stainlesssteelcages.com) for inspection prior to any / all replacements being supplied.

Unless otherwise stated, the following are excluded from Service: work outside local working hours, weekends or on public holidays. Items excluded from Warranty, relocation, preventative maintenance, consumables, unnecessary work in Interpet Products (trading as Stainlesssteelcages.com)'s assessment, 3rd Party Products and others at Interpet Products (trading as Stainlesssteelcages.com)’s assessment.

You must provide Interpet Products (trading as Stainlesssteelcages.com) with all reasonable courtesy, information, cooperation, facilities and access to enable Interpet Products (trading as Stainlesssteelcages.com) to perform duties, failing which Interpet Products (trading as Stainlesssteelcages.com) shall not be obliged to perform any Service or offer any assistance. You are responsible for the removal of non Interpet Products (trading as Stainlesssteelcages.com)-supplied products during Service. Any additional 3rd party items affixed to "Stainless Steel Cages" products will deem to void your warranty.

To ensure Interpet Products (trading as Stainlesssteelcages.com) products branded as "Stainless Steel Cages" are fit for their relevant purpose, please refer to our recommendations to ensure you order the correct "Premier Cage" for your bird. If you order an incorrect "Premier Cage", then wish it to be returned, Interpet Products (trading as Stainlesssteelcages.com) will deem the item to be of second-hand quality and will at their discretion charge you the full amount including the delivery charge. In the event Interpet Products (trading as Stainlesssteelcages.com) (strictly at their discretion) agree to the return of any items, a 50% restocking fee may be charged. Refunds in full will be issued prior to your receipt of the Products only

Interpet Products (trading as Stainlesssteelcages.com) accepts liability for any private property loss or damage, death or personal injury ( excluding pets ) caused by the negligence or deliberate misconduct of Interpet Products (trading as Stainlesssteelcages.com), or our direct employees Except for death/personal injury, this liability is limited.

Interpet Products (trading as Stainlesssteelcages.com) does not accept liability for 1) indirect or consequential loss, 2) loss of business profits, salary, revenue, savings, 3) damage remedied by Interpet Products (trading as Stainlesssteelcages.com) within reasonable time, 4) loss avoidable by you through reasonable conduct, and failure to follow Interpet Products (trading as Stainlesssteelcages.com)'s reasonable advice generally, 5) all items excluded from the Warranty or by Force Majeure.

Interpet Products (trading as Stainlesssteelcages.com) indemnifies you from all costs and liabilities from any claim that use of Product infringes any 3rd party. Interpet Products (trading as Stainlesssteelcages.com) may recall and exchange or modify any Product or refund you, minus depreciation in certain events. You indemnify Interpet Products (trading as Stainlesssteelcages.com) for your misrepresentation of our products and services.

You must notify Interpet Products (trading as Stainlesssteelcages.com) immediately of any infringing or unauthorised use of our Product/s. Interpet Products (trading as Stainlesssteelcages.com) will not indemnify you for i). 3rd Party Products and attachments, ii). unauthorised modification or iii). any claim caused by the use of Products in conjunction with any product not supplied by Interpet Products (trading as Stainlesssteelcages.com).

We will not entertain any products not produced or sold or owned by Interpet Products (trading as Stainlesssteelcages.com). Affixing 3rd Party products to "Stainless Steel Cages" branded Parrot Cages will automatically void your Warranty.

Interpet Products (trading as Stainlesssteelcages.com) is not liable for delays in performance (incl. delivery or Service) caused by circumstances beyond its reasonable control and will be enleadind to a time extension for performance; examples include strikes, terrorist acts, war, supplier / transport / production problems, exchange fluctuations, governmental or regulatory action and natural disasters. If this lasts more than 3 months, this Agreement may be terminated by either party without compensation.

Each party must treat all information received from the other marked "confidential" or reasonably obvious to be confidential as it would treat its own confidential information. All communication in writing must be directed to Interpet Products (trading as Stainlesssteelcages.com), Stainless Steel Cages, e-mail: info@stainlesssteelcages.com, phone: 1-866 400 CAGE (2243).

Interpet Products (trading as Stainlesssteelcages.com) may terminate this Agreement with immediate written notice if you breach any terms and conditions. Either party may terminate if the other: 1) commits a material or persistent breach of this Agreement and fails to remedy this within 7 days of written notice from the other; or 2) becomes insolvent or is unable to pay debts as they fall due.

You are responsible for: your own choice of Product and its suitability for purpose; your telephone & postal charges in contacting Interpet Products (trading as Stainlesssteelcages.com), if any; the return of items whether whole or part are at your cost without recompense to Interpet Products (trading as Stainlesssteelcages.com).

You must provide Interpet Products (trading as Stainlesssteelcages.com) with all reasonable courtesy, information, cooperation, facilities and access to enable Interpet Products (trading as Stainlesssteelcages.com) to perform duties, failing which Interpet Products (trading as Stainlesssteelcages.com) shall not be obliged to perform any Service or offer any assistance whatsoever.

If you are a Consumer you may cancel your purchase at any time within 2 working days of receipt without cause and receive a refund of the Price paid subject to the 50% restocking fee and payment of the delivery and collection charges. To do this you must inform Interpet Products (trading as Stainlesssteelcages.com) in writing and return the products immediately, in the same condition you received them and at your own cost and risk. Any statutory Consumer rights are unaffected by this Agreement. This will apply to Consumer and Business customers.

All Complaints must be addressed in writing to the address previously detailed and sent via "Recorded Delivery".

USA law and the exclusive court jurisdiction of the USA courts will apply to this Agreement. The Vienna Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods is excluded.

If any part of the Agreement is found to be invalid or unenforceable by a court, the rest is unaffected. Interpet Products (trading as Stainlesssteelcages.com) may subcontract, assign or transfer its obligations or rights to a competent third party whether in whole or in part. You may not assign or transfer any of your obligations. All notices must be in writing (by hand, email, fax or 1st class post deemed delivered 48 hours after posting) and sent to a legal officer of either party. Important notifications must be sent via Recorder-Delivery and you must retain proof of postage.
